The parents only heard of Stephen Horn’s offences when the head of St Mary’s Church of England Primary School, Kate Harper, sent a letter to them.
One parent, who did not want to be named, said: “I feel sick that this man has been near my children.
“He used to stand at the gates in the morning smiling at people. It’s absolutely disgusting.”
Horn, from Canterbury, was sentenced to 18 months in prison in December after pleaded guilty to 10 offences over a period of 13 years involving indecent and extreme pornographic images.
