PR agency once again passes in­dus­try au­dit

An Ash­ford-based pub­lic re­la­tions com­pany has won a fresh seal of ap­proval from its trade as­so­ci­a­tion.

Quan­tum Pub­lic Re­la­tions – based at In­victa Busi­ness Park, Or­bital Park – has seen its in­dus­try ex­per­tise re­con­firmed fol­low­ing an in-depth, in­de­pen­dent au­dit cov­er­ing eight core busi­ness ar­eas.

The agency, which spe­cialises in cor­po­rate, plan­ning and pub­lic sec­tor com­mu­ni­ca­tions, un­der­went the Con­sul­tancy Man­age­ment Stan­dard as­sess­ment – the kitemark of PR ex­cel­lence and pro­fes­sion­al­ism – car­ried out ev­ery three years to en­sure best prac­tice pro­to­cols are in place.

The Stan­dard, which is reg­u­lated by the Pub­lic Re­la­tions Con­sul­tants As­so­ci­a­tion (PRCA), re­views peo­ple man­age­ment, busi­ness plan­ning and new busi­ness, among other busi­ness ar­eas.

Quan­tum passed the as­sess­ment across all ar­eas.

The agency’s man­ag­ing di­rec­tor Char­lie Vava­sour said: “We set our­selves the high­est stan­dards to en­sure we pro­vide the very best re­sults for our clients, which is why we take the PRCA au­dit so se­ri­ously.

“We are pleased that our busi­ness plan­ning ef­forts have been recog­nised as out­stand­ing and to have scored highly in many other sec­tions.”
