We want to find town’s LEAST romantic fella!

Kentish Express Ashford & District - - What’s On -

The search to find Ashford’s least romantic man in time Valentine’s Day is in full swing.

For the second year running, The Pheasant in Trinity Road on Ashford’s Eureka Place business park has joined forces with the Kentish Express to find the town’s least romantic man and reward his partner with a romance filled evening at the pub.

Landlord Kellie McDonald, 43, wants to hear from long-suffering ladies whose partners think Cupid’s Arrow is a racehorse!

“If your man is somebody who sees Valentine’s Day as just another day, and not as a time to celebrate your relationship, we’d love to hear from you,” she said.

The winner will be rewarded with a three-course meal and a bottle of bubbly at The Pheasant. Their partner’s presence will be optional.

The lady will also receive a rose and a box of chocolates, for sticking by her man through thick and thin.

Entries must be received by the end of Sunday and the winner – chosen by Kellie – will be announced in next week’s Express.

To enter, write to Kentish Express, 34-36 North Street, Ashford, TN24 8JR or email kentishexpress@thekmgroup.co.uk telling us why your fella is Mr Unromantic.

The Pheasant pub manager Kellie McDonald will be donating a meal and champagne to the winners
