Sam Lancaster’s win­ner earned Marsh Ath­letic their third suc­ces­sive Pre­mier Di­vi­sion vic­tory as they beat bot­tom side Mer­sham Sports 1-0 Lancaster’s eighth goal of the sea­son lifted Marsh into fourth, four points be­hind lead­ers Ald­ing­ton, while Mer­sham’s sixth loss sees them re­main rooted at the foot of the ta­ble. The game ended in con­tro­ver­sial fash­ion as Mer­sham were re­duced to 10-men fol­low­ing the send­ing-off of goal­keeper Will Colthup, while the visi­tors were also de­nied a late penalty. The match was one of only three that sur­vived another weekend of mass post­pone­ments. Top scorer Danny Jen­nings scored a hat-trick as Troggs beat Brom­ley Green Re­serves 3-2 in the only Di­vi­sion 1 game which went ahead. The win sees the Smar­den vic­tors move into six place, leapfrog­ging both Beaver and Red Hea­thens. Michael Man­nell and Mar­tyn Dalby net­ted for Green, beaten for the 11th time this sea­son and still on neg­a­tive points due to a points de­duc­tion ear­lier this sea­son. Steve Tutt was another hat-trick man as in-form Third Di­vi­sion side Wye Mon­archs Re­serves con­tin­ued their im­pres­sive run with a 6-2 win at Ash­ford Cava­liers. Ben Mor­ley, Jack Met­land and Alex Far­rell added the oth­ers, with Matt Moon and Harry Churchey net­ting for the home side.
