Joe Elgar’s efforts with bat and ball helped Wye complete a 82-run win over Rainham to stay third in Division 1A Central, two points behind leaders Holcombe & Blue Bell Hill.
The Medway side floundered after a promising start to be dismissed for 132, Elgar finishing with 4-21 as the Ashford villagers recorded their 10th win in 13 starts.
