Drink-driver’s two-year ban
An Ashford woman has received a two-year driving ban after pleading guilty to drink driving. Suzanne Cahill, of Burgate Terrace, gave a breath test of 113 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when she was stopped following an incident on the A20 on Thursday, July 10. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. The 47-year-old was sentenced on Monday, August 4, at Mid Kent Magistrates’ Court. She was disqualified from driving for 24 months and fined a total of £245.
