Daniel Green won the lat­est Ash­ford parkrun on Satur­day.

The Ash­ford & District Road Run­ner, one of five club mem­bers tak­ing part, crossed the line in 17 min­utes 39 sec­onds.

Keith Haynes was 11th in 21.10, while Edward Rodger’s first ap­pear­ance saw him fin­ish 19th in 22.04.

Mark Attenborough was 33rd in 24.23.

Lisa Bracken was the seventh lady home in a time of 25.14.

Amy Ma­jor raced her first 5km in the Find a Voice char­ity race at Ash­ford Rugby Club on Sun­day, fin­ish­ing in 32.57.

Mar­ion Oak­ley was min­utes be­hind in 35.55.

Gary Sage proudly wore his ADRR vest when he took part in the 100km Do­den­tocht ‘March of the Dead’ in Bel­gium, one of the big­gest events in the Euro­pean hik­ing cal­en­dar. The Army re­servist fin­ished in 14hr 25min.

Sage said: “It was one of the tough­est events I have done, but every­one tak­ing part got in­cred­i­ble sup­port from the lo­cals.”
