Get shredded to help Rio
A three-hour fitness session is being held to raise funds to help a youngster with a rare condition.
Three-year-old Rio Newman, from Kennington, has macrocephaly capillary malformation, which causes abnormal body and head overgrowth, development delays and autism.
Mum Claire Chalk has started fundraising to reach the £2,100 needed for a special car seat.
On Sunday, December 7, at The North School in Essella Road, fitness instructor Dean Heitman will be leading three classes from 9am to noon.
Totally Shredded, FightKlub and Circuits all take place in darkness with disco lights, lasers and nightclub music.
The session is £15 for all three classes. All welcome.
