Or­der breach man is jailed

Michael Bar­rett, 35, of Cryol Road, South Ash­ford has been sen­tenced to 120 days in prison af­ter plead­ing guilty to breach­ing a re­strain­ing or­der.

On July 19, he at­tempted to con­tact some­one in Ham­street Road, Ruckinge, he was pro­hib­ited from do­ing so.

He was sen­tenced at Folke­stone Mag­is­trates’ Court on Au­gust 17 to four months in prison. He must also pay a £180 crim­i­nal courts charge, £85 costs and an £80 vic­tim sur­charge.
