Order breach man is jailed
Michael Barrett, 35, of Cryol Road, South Ashford has been sentenced to 120 days in prison after pleading guilty to breaching a restraining order.
On July 19, he attempted to contact someone in Hamstreet Road, Ruckinge, he was prohibited from doing so.
He was sentenced at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on August 17 to four months in prison. He must also pay a £180 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and an £80 victim surcharge.
