PELLETS FIRED BY COMPRESSED AIR

Kentish Express Ashford & District - - Animals Rescued -

The weapon seen in the park on Tuesday, above, is believed to be a BB gun. BB guns use compressed air and gases in order to fire a small pellet or projectile from the barrel. The gases are kept in an airtight capsule until the user pulls the trigger, and the gases are released, firing the pellets.

One UK-based manufacturer has a variety of airsoft and BB machine guns for sale, ranging in price from £20 to £280 – some include full sniper-type telescopic sights.
