Kentish Express Ashford & District - - Crackdown As tour Centre -

Houchin was a fam­ily com­pany, set up in Lon­don in 1921, which moved to Ash­ford af­ter the Sec­ond World War.

It was ac­quired by the ITW GSE Group in 2005, with its Ash­ford site, man­u­fac­tur­ing avi­a­tion equip­ment, lo­cated in Hil­ton Road, Cobbs Wood.

The sports field was used by com­pany em­ploy­ees for many years.
