Have you spot­ted a prob­lem in the town cen­tre? Ash­ford Bor­ough Coun­cil wants to re­mind res­i­dents they can flag up is­sues to its proac­tive Town Cen­tre Ac­tion Team (T-CAT).

The five mem­bers are on hand to re­fur­bish street fur­ni­ture, clean signs, tidy coun­cil car parks, re­move graf­fiti, and more.

Cllr Graham Galpin, port­fo­lio holder for the town cen­tre, said: “Whether they are lit­ter pick­ing, weed­ing or re­fur­bish­ing benches and signs, T-CAT is al­ways do­ing some­thing proac­tive to help keep the bor­ough look­ing its very best.

“They are a hard­work­ing t eam and we hope t heir ex­cel­lent ef­forts have not gone un­no­ticed.”
