Pupils’ panto French lesson
Pupils from Wye have impressed their younger peers by putting on a pantomime in French.
The teenagers, from Year 8 at the Wye School, visited Kennington Academy, in Upper Vicarage Road, last week and put on a version of Le Petit Chaperon Rouge for Year 4s.
Ruby Ramful, from Kennington Academy, said: “The idea was to work corroboratively with a secondary school and allow our young primary pupils to see a French play prepared and presented by older children.
“This will inspire and increase their enthusiasm for learning languages.”
