Crews tackle house blaze

The emergency services attended a fire in Hamstreet after a passer-by spotted smoke coming from a house.

Fire crews and paramedics were called to Orlestone View at 11.06am last Friday.

One floor of the property was reportedly smoke logged and crews used a ventilation fan to clear it. There are no reported injuries. Police were also spotted at the scene.
