ASHFORD ANGELS: GOALS FLY IN

Ella Roper scored four times as Ashford Angels under-10s ran out 10-0 winners at home to Barming Youth. Amelia Barrett struck twice, with Florence Doughty and three own goals making up the tally. Angels under-12s played hosted Anchorians and, in a game which could have gone either way, won 2-0 with goals from Eve Doughty and Flo Johnson. A hat-trick from Melissa McMullan, plus two goals from Poppy Branchett, gave the under-14s a 5-1 home win over Roseacre Raiders. Ashford Angels FC are planning to launch an adult ladies team. The club, which already has 80 members, ranging in age from seven to 18, hope to run the team for the 2016-17 season.
