Mum hosts coffee morning

An Ashford mum celebrating 10 years since her heart transplant will be holding a fundraising morning at her house.

Helen Smith, who also received a kidney from her brother six years later, is raising funds for the Harefield Hospital, in Middlesex, where she had her heart transplant. There will be a raffle, coffee, cakes and other treats at her home in 118 Hythe Road from 10am - 4pm on Saturday. Everyone is welcome.
