Godinton House became an outdoor radio studio on Sunday morning when a gardening show broadcast from the grounds.
Horticulturist Jean Griffin, who can be heard on radio Kent, Surrey and Sussex, joined Vivien Hunt, Godinton’s head gardener for the show on Sunday morning that marked the start of the historic mansion’s Delphinium Week.
The gardens at Godinton will be open for picnics every evening until 8pm during the popular Delphinium Festival, until this Sunday.
