Is your cause good enough?
The Kentish Express is looking for a good cause to champion as Charity of the Year 2017.
The chosen voluntary group, cause or charity will also receive the backing of kmfm radio and KentOnline – which attracts more than 2,000,000 unique browsers each month – publicising its work to a massive new audience of potential supporters.
KM Charity of the Year is open for applications from regional or national good causes of any size until the deadline of Friday, October 21.
The selected cause will also be supported by the charity department at the KM Group through fundraising events including the KM Big Bike Ride, KM Charity Walk, KM Dragon Boat Race and KM Assault Course Challenge.
This year’s KE Charity of the Year winner, FareShare, has benefited from wide exposure across the media platforms.
Simon Dolby, chief executive of the KM Charity Team, said: “Our editor wants to get behind a good cause and trumpet about it for 12 months – and it could be yours! Visit our website for some top tips before applying! We wish you the best of luck.”
Apply for KM Charity of the Year by completing the form at www.kmcharityteam.co.uk by October 21.
