Local Plan is out for public consultation
Ashford Borough Council is holding a series of public consultations across the borough for residents to have their say on the Local Plan 2030.
The borough is set to gain 12,000 new houses across a number of earmarked sites and the huge plan is now out on an eight-week public consultation.
Residents, businesses and community groups are urged to view the plans and share their comments online or at one of the following public consultations:
Kingsnorth School hall on Tuesday, June 28, from 4.30pm to 8.30pm.
Hamstreet Village Hall on Wednesday, June 29, from 3pm to 6.45pm.
Park Mall, in the Town Centre on Wednesday, July 6, from noon to 4pm.
Ashford Market, in Orbital Park on Friday, July 8, from 3.30pm to 8pm.
Charing Village Hall, on Tuesday, July 12 from 3.30pm to 7.30pm.
Julie Rose Stadium on Thursday, July 14, from 3.30pm to 8pm.
Tenterden Leisure Centre on Monday, July 18, from 4pm to 7.30pm.
Smeeth Village Hall on Friday, July 22, from 3.30pm to 7pm.
Biddenden Village Hall on Tuesday, July 26, from 3.30pm to 7pm.
Egerton Village Hall on Wednesday, July 27, from 3.30pm to 7pm.
