Adam Bartlett was the men’s winner in the Cecil Leitch Five Club competition at Sundridge Park.
The Lydd Golf Club five handicapper won with a winning score of 38 points, four better than runner-up Scott Woolford (Marriott Tudor Park), with Andrew Humphrey, of Wrotham Heath, third with 33.
Christine Daniels (h9), of Chart Hills, was third on countback over the last nine holes in the ladies’ event with 33 points.
Marriott Tudor Park’s Caroline Snepp (h18) was the winner with 36.
The competition was hosted by the Kent County Playing Fields Association, raising more than £10,000 for their charity.
More than 2,000 players were involved in the preliminary rounds, with 91 contesting the finals.
