The customer is always wrong

Clearly the leader of Ashford Borough Council, Gerry Clarkson, is very upset that a small number of pessimists, who will never be satisfied, have had the temerity to complain. The views of two of us, Adrian Cussens and yours truly, were featured in last week’s points of view.

Poor deluded Gerry thinks everyone else in Ashford is entirely satisfied and happy with him and his team.

Let’s all be more positive and back Ashford is his new battle cry!
