New agency for landlords
A new estate and letting agents has opened in Ashford town centre.
Northwood, based at 73 High Street, is a company which consists of over 80 branches nationally. The company also offers guaranteed rental income to landlords even if the property is vacant, which they then sub-let.
Local director Patience Simpson said: “We’re really excited with the prospects and we believe that the way the property market is growing, we will be in a better position to offer our unique guaranteed rent products to all the landlords out there.”
