Search mar­ket­ing agency Spike Dig­i­tal de­cided to find out how we re­ally feel about can­celled or de­layed trains, and whether con­stant dis­rup­tions would make us seek out al­ter­na­tive meth­ods of trans­port. In Lon­don and the South East, the sur­vey re­vealed over a quar­ter of re­spon­dents would for­feit hol­i­day for re­li­able trains.
