Jo Gadsby, who runs the festival with husband Richard, said a 3,000-4,000-strong crowd of music lovers who flocked to Tenterden last weekend. But the success was marred by news that the 2018 event has been cancelled following a row over noise levels and stage location although it will return in 2019.
