Fun-filled day helps children’s charities
More fun in the sun was had at the weekend in loving memory of a popular Ashford man, raising money for children’s charities.
The Loving Life Summer Funday for the Danny Hall Foundation took place on Saturday at the Kingsnorth Playing Fields on Church Hill.
The charity was set up in honour of 25-year-old Danny Hall, who died alongside his friend Josh Robinson, 22 in a car accident in Austria while participating in a car rally.
Princesses and superheroes were in attendance, helping create a fun atmosphere alongside activities such aqs welly throwing, plate smashing, coconut shy, magic and balloon modeling.
The event raised £1,160 with more donations expected to come in.
