Six killed on road in May

The police have stopped thousands of motorists for speeding on Kent’s roads, figures reveal. Kent Police’s Road Policing Unit issued statistics which show 3,511 motorists were stopped for speeding in May. The figures also showed that six people were killed and 60 were seriously injured in crashes during the same month.
