Go over the top in abseil challenge
Brave fundraisers can support KE charity of the year the East Kent Hospitals Charity by taking part in a winter abseil challenge.
It was officially launched by Ashford event partners Wilkins Kennedy and will be staged by the KM Charity Team on Sunday, November 12.
Alex Andrews of Wilkins Kennedy urged participants to sign up, saying: “Anybody can get involved. You can support your local society or a club that is important to you. Come and join our staff for a fun and exciting day.”
No previous experience is necessary for individuals aged 16 and over to beat the 100ft drop. Friends and family are welcome to watch and cheer the abseilers as they make their descent.
Organiser Dominic Comins of the KM Charity Team said: “Tickets are going fast so book now to secure your place and enjoy the thrill of going over the top for a good cause. If you can’t decide who to support, why not the East Kent Hospitals Charity?”
The KM Abseil Challenge will be held at Thomas Place, Maidstone.
