People have been enjoying a healthy start to 2018 thanks to a health and fitness trainer.

Stephanie Unthank has been offering free classes at her Kick Start Fit Club in Great Chart on Saturday mornings since the start of the year.

She said: “At the beginning of 2018 I pledged to try and make a difference to the health and wellbeing of the Ashford Community.

“The classes in Great Chart have been packed out. Those attending have benefited from a variety of exercise activities including boxing, interval training, cardio and strength training.

“It’s been a blast. We have had fun. There has been lots of laughs and this group of 35 people have had the opportunity to socialise while exercising, getting their new year off to a great start.”

The final session was last Saturday.

Stephanie added: “My pledge is to make exercise and activity affordable and accessible. I now have eight classes in five locations across five days of the week.

“My classes are very affordable and I have a reputation for making people welcome as well as tai- loring my classes to suit all ages and abilities. My youngest class attendee is 14 and the oldest is 75.

“My clients are getting fitter, losing weight, becoming more active and are feeling better.”
