Don’t expect us to back Brexit

My sneering arrogance and feeble attempt at sarcasm, seems to have got Mr Hudson-Gool a little hot under collar (July 2).

He can read whatever implication he wishes in my remarks. He knows the referendum result was built on lies and misinformation. Don’t expect me and millions who voted to remain to get behind it. If you voted for it, you get behind it.

A previous correspondent asked why leavers are always so angry, having won the referendum. I suppose the realisation of supporting a dumb concept built on lies would make me angry too.

I take it from it from his remarks he doesn’t wish to do field or hospital work, or have I implied something incorrect?

Very big to admit mistakes may have been made regarding Covid19, although this wasn’t a subject I raised. Pity it has caused the deaths of thousands of our fellow citizens and put us at the top of the EU death rate.
