Two, three and four-bedroom homes are available, all with parking and gardens. Moorings are also available just a short walk away from the gated development.

The open days takes place on Saturday and Sunday, July 8 and 9, from 10am to 4pm on both days. The park is part of Port Werburgh Marina, an established and bustling residential and leisure project.

Set in rural landscaped surroundings with a woodland backdrop, part of the park has been built on land that juts out from the Hoo Peninsula, commanding enviable views over the river.

The village of Hoo St Werburgh is only a short walk away and has excellent services. There are supermarkets and other shops, as well as two doctors, a medical centre and a dentist. Fitness enthusiasts are also well catered for, as there’s a swimming pool with squash courts, a public golf course and an indoor bowls centre all in and around the village.

Port Werburgh Park is at Shore Drive, Hoo St Werburgh, near Strood. The postcode is ME3 9GR.
