Teachers Samantha and Matt Bushell, both aged 29, moved from a two-bedroom terraced house in the centre of Faversham to a new home at Preston Grange.
Following the arrival of their son, Oscar, a year ago, they decided they wanted to move to a more rural location and have since bought a three-bedroom semi-detached home at the development.
Samantha says: “We were keen to find a new home in a more rural location as we really want our son to grow up in a friendly village community.
“There are not many new-build developments being created in a traditional village setting with good amenities on hand, so we were delighted when we came across Preston Grange.
“Our new house is a proper family home. We’ve got three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and a lovely open plan kitchen/diner, plus a separate lounge, utility room, and downstairs cloakroom.
“We love our new home and are thrilled that our son will get to grow up in a village.”
