Sales manager Ben Thwaites, said: “It is great to be able to finally welcome the public to the first phase of this fantastic development. Church View brings Dandara’s style and finish to a great location and we received some really positive feedback at the launch.

“We have already taken three reservations, so I would urge you not to delay.”

Prices at Church View are from £440,000, with Help to Buy available on selected plots. With a documented history dating back to 1180, Tenterden is certainly one of the prettiest towns in Kent and is a great place to explore.

The town has a vibrant High Street with quirky shops and there is a leisure centre with swimming pool, flume and fitness centre, as well as children’s play areas, tennis courts and a bowling green.

A Heritage Trail links museums, churches, historic buildings and town hall. At the Kent and East Sussex Railway passengers can enjoy a steam train ride to Bodiam Castle, using a line once busy with hop-pickers.

The Rare Breeds Centre at Woodchurch is great for a day out, with or without children in tow.

Nearby vineyards include one at Biddenden and the area is good for golf courses, fishing, walks and cycle rides.

There are a number of good schools in the town, and Ashford International railway station is just 12 miles away, providing services to St Pancras in under 40 minutes.
