Move comes with parking bonus

Life is sweet for Richard and Michaela Honey after a house move of less than two miles.

The couple and their son, Ethan, age 11, have just swapped their 1930s home on a busy road at Willesborough, Ashford, for a brand new property on nearby cul-de-sac development, Chestnut Grange, by David Wilson Homes.

They are now settled in the three- bedroom home, where the sound of passing traffic is a thing of the past and parking is easy.

Michaela, 44, says: “We found it very noisy living on a busy street with nowhere to park our car.

“Our new home is brilliant. We’ve got a great big garden, which came with a patio and shed.

“At the front of the house there is a car barn plus off-street parking for three cars, so we are now spoilt for choice as far as parking is concerned.”

Offering a range of three and four-bedroom detached family homes, Chestnut Grange is within Willesborough Lees, a village on the outskirts of Ashford. Currently available are four-bedroom homes, with prices from £399,995.
