Kentish Gazette Canterbury & District - What's On - - EASTER -

This Easter you’ll be able to see sabre toothed cats and a mighty mammoth alongside wild animals at the wild animal park.

The new prehistoric creatures exhibit, Animals of the Ice Age is opening, with life sized beasts taking visitors back to the Ice Age. They will be changing the face of the park and visitors will have the chance to learn about the creatures from 2.6 million years ago. Managing director Bob O’connor said: “This is one of the most exciting outdoor exhibitions in Kent – not to be missed. The prehistoric creatures are so realistic and are sure to capture the imagination of parents and children alike.”

They join some 400 animals from giant anteaters and African elephants to gorillas, tigers and leopards. Details at aspinallfounda howletts/
