In fine voice? Sing along with Dis­ney’s Beauty and the Beast

For those who love to sing, this evening of Dis­ney’s Beauty and the Beast will be pure magic.

School’s al­most out for Easter so what bet­ter way to cel­e­brate than singing your heart out to the songs of Beauty and the Beast? Sin­ga­longa Pro­duc­tions in­vite fans of the Dis­ney adap­ta­tion to be their guest on Thurs­day, April 5 for a night of sing-a-long-aBeauty and the Beast. It fea­tures the smash hit film of last year star­ring Emma Wat­son as Belle, a beau­ti­ful, bright and in­de­pen­dent young woman, who is taken pris­oner by a beast (played by Dan Stevens) in his cas­tle. De­spite his fear­some ex­te­rior, she be­friends the cas­tle’s en­chanted staff and learns to look be­yond the beast’s hideous ex­te­rior, al­low­ing her to see the kind soul within. But will she do it be­fore Gaston (Luke Evans) car­ries out his threats and a wicked curse runs out?

All the fa­mil­iar songs will be there, from Be our Guest, to Beauty and The Beast – and you have per­mis­sion to sing along as loud as you like! There will be a Sin­ga­longa host who will warm things up be­fore the show and teach you some hand ac­tions, as well as show you how to use the Sin­ga­longa props bag dur­ing the film. There will also be a fancy dress com­pe­ti­tion.

You can cel­e­brate the film and feel part of the fairy­tale, at the Or­chard The­atre in Dart­ford on Thurs­day, April 5 at 2pm and 7pm.
