Homes error

In a report in last week’s Gazette, a caption on a site map indicated that new plans for 370 homes on the former colliery at Hersden have been submitted by Quinn Estates.

The application has actually been lodged by HNC Developments which is not associated with Mark Quinn or his company’s scheme for 250 homes on a neighbouring site. We apologise for any confusion.
