Hospice open afternoons

The launch of the service coincides with national Hospice Care Week, when there will be a series of public open afternoons for people who want to find out more.

In Canterbury, it is at the hospice in London Road between 1pm and 3pm on Wednesday, October 5. In Thanet, the event is between midday and 2pm on Friday, October 7 and in Ashford on Monday, October 3, also between midday and 2pm.

The support programmes being offered include creative, education and one for carers.
