Fine blend of folk music

German folk musicians Cara will be heading to Canterburyto promote their fifth studio album.

Cara’s line-up features four traditional musicians alongside a Scottish pianist Kim Edgar. They will also be welcoming special guest Emily Watts on Friday, June 23.

Their gig will deliver a blend of old and new material with traditional and folk-pop stylings at the University of Kent’s Gulbenkian theatre.

Cara are considered by critics as being the most sought-out bands across Europe and will be going on an extensive tour throughout the UK.
