The Kings­bourne Play­ers will be bring­ing Trea­sure Is­land to the stage.

The Barham’s group’s pop­u­lar an­nual pan­tomime runs from to­day (Thurs­day) un­til Satur­day.

Di­rected by Sue Hodgkins, it has all the in­gre­di­ents of a fun fam­ily show, in­clud­ing songs, silly jokes, slap­stick, and lots of op­por­tu­ni­ties for the au­di­ence to join in the fun.

The hero Jim Hawkins is played by Jill Hailes and Mike Sole makes an ap­pear­ance as Long John Sil­ver.

Other casts mem­bers are Clive Car­don, Damian Con­roy, Heledd Hart, Ca­role Price, Mark Fay, Jade Lock and Sue Brear­ley.

The shows take place at the vil­lage hall at 7.30pm, with a 2.30pm mati­nee on Satur­day.
