TRADITIONAL KERRISTMAS DINNER
“M y family’s had a roast dinner nearly every Sunday my whole life, but Christmas dinner really is the ultimate roast. It’s everything you love about a roast, plus all the fancy extras.
“When it comes to cooking the turkey, you want to keep it simple: a bit of salt and pepper, maybe some butter, and that’s it.you’re not looking for some Jamie Oliver-inspired crazy infusion of flavours – you just want it to be wellcooked doing the roast potatoes in the oven we’ll do them in the deep-fat fryer, which takes them to the next level.as well as that we’ll have carrots with some special seasoning, Yorkshire puddings and roast parsnips, and I like sprouts a lot, which perhaps makes me a bit weird.
