No punk band better represent the City of Angels better than X. Los Angeles tells the story of a woman so exhausted by and inured to the city’s casual cruelty that she simply has to ‘get out’. In real life, this character was frontwoman Exene Cervenka’s friend Farrah Fawcett Minor, who left town to begin a relationship with The Damned bassist/guitarist Captain Sensible.
