KKK FUZZY ROCK ANTHEMS WITH LOADS OF CHARACTER FROM RIFFY BRIT MOB

■ THE CHARTTOPPING popularity of Royal Blood and the cult fandom of Death From Above have inspired many imitators, but few of them do fuzzy, groovy rock you can dance to with as much character as Bristol’s Turbowolf.the riff that runs through Cheap Magic (featuring DFA’S Sebastien Grainger) is an adrenaline-charged party anthem, Blackhole is packed full of punk grit, and the title-track evokes a more-fun At The Drive In.vocalist Chris Georgiadis steals the show, though. His wild wails and abstract approach to melody keeps the album unpredictable, with tripped-out lyricism adding a psychedelic edge to every track. Get your dancing paws on. DOWNLOAD: Cheap Magic. FOR FANS OF: Royal Blood, QOTSA.
