Brew once, drink hot with this in­su­lat­ing knit­ted cosy. It’s per­fect for mak­ing a cafetiere-for-one last all morn­ing

To fit 8 cup cafetiere (16cm tall).

Us­ing 4mm nee­dles, cast on 67 sts. Knit 6 rows. Row 1 (WS): K4, p1, *k1, p1, re­peat from * to the last 4 sts, k4. Row 2 (RS): K5, *sl1, k1, re­peat from * to the last 4 sts, k4. Row 3: K5, *p1, k1, re­peat from * to the last 4 sts, k4. Row 4: K6, sl1, *k1, sl1, re­peat from * to the last 6 sts, k6. Knit 6 rows. Cast off.

MAK­ING UP Sew the seams at the top and bot­tom, leav­ing a gap for the han­dle. Sew three loops and three but­tons across the han­dle gap.
