MAK­ING UP Sew a front piece to a back piece leav­ing one edge open. Lay the se­cond back piece over the first back piece and sew around three sides, mak­ing sure the orig­i­nal top sec­tion re­mains open un­der­neath and leav­ing the op­po­site end on the new sec­tion open for fit­ting the cush­ion pad.
