A Dumbarton man who made sexual remarks to a female cop before spitting on her will be back in court next week for sentencing.
Simon Chisholm was brought from custody at Addiewell jail last week but a social work report wasn’t available.
The 39-year-old who stayed in Ashton View, Dumbarton at the time, admitted shouting, swearing and making abusive remarks on a journey in a police vehicle on March 19 last year.
He also pled guilty to exposing his genitals and gesturing towards a female police officer, making a sexual comment to her and committing a breach of the peace in the common close at his home as well as spitting at her in the rear yard of Clydebank Police Office.
He will be back in court for sentencing on Monday, March 20.
