Issue 164 May 2016
Welcome to spring. In this May issue we are embracing the better weather and trying to encourage everyone to get out and about and enjoy the delights of Norfolk and Suffolk.
We are also asking for your help. We value the opinions of you, our loyal readers and so in the centre of this month’s Let’s Talk you will find a questionnaire asking you to give your opinions on your favourite magazine.
The answers you give will help us to maintain our standards in providing you with the sort of magazine we want you to enjoy.
And, for your time, there is a chance of winning one of three £100 prizes, just for taking part.
So we know you are busy, but please, in your can, find a little time to let us know your thoughts. We will certainly take notice of them.
Apart from highlighting places to enjoy in this month’s issue, there is also an article about the forthcoming Suffolk Walking Festival.
If it is gardens that you like to visit, there is an article listing some of the premises involved in the National Gardens Scheme.
All that walking and the great outdoors will leave you hungry
and our cookery expert Debbi Christophers can certainly help. Her pork belly with Dauphinoise potatoes recipe sounds good to me! All the details are inside.
If it is indoor entertainment then Potters Resort on the east coast at Hopton in Norfolk, has a reputation that is second to none for putting on excellent shows.
Terry Redhead takes a look behind the scenes and discovers how much work goes into creating a one-hour show.
All the regulars, Memory Lane, puzzles, and details of how to enter our short story competition, gardening, fashion and sewing articles, are inside too. Enjoy!
