What’s the most un­usual property you have sold in the past?

There is quite a va­ri­ety – from an old po­lice sta­tion (with cells) to a house built en­tirely from fos­sils. We even had a house with a large un­der­ground church dug out of the rock.

How much would you ex­pect to pay for:

a de­tached property with land in good con­di­tion? Prices can vary sig­nif­i­cantly de­pend­ing on lo­ca­tion. A tra­di­tional charentaise coun­try house with land and per­haps a pool will prob­a­bly start at around €300,000. More mod­est coun­try houses start at €150,000.

a three-bed­room town­house? A three-bed­room town­house with­out a gar­den in a pop­u­lar town like Jarnac or Cognac will start at around €150,000. Larger town­houses with gar­dens start at around €200,000 and the sky can then be the limit!
