Apartment prices fell by an average of 0.8% across France, but a fall of more than 2% was seen in 60% of departments. The greatest decrease was recorded in Mulhouse, Alsace, where prices fell by 13.7%, while the biggest increase was seen in Poitiers, Poitou-Charentes, where apartment prices rose by 13.7%.
The new-build property market is looking healthy, with an increase of 8.7% in
