Apart­ment prices fell by an av­er­age of 0.8% across France, but a fall of more than 2% was seen in 60% of de­part­ments. The great­est de­crease was recorded in Mul­house, Al­sace, where prices fell by 13.7%, while the big­gest in­crease was seen in Poitiers, Poitou-Char­entes, where apart­ment prices rose by 13.7%.
