Taking place every other year, the
in Dieppe is considered to be one of the world’s largest kite festivals. Held on the seafront lawns at Dieppe beach from the 36th edition of the festival has a theme of ‘ Les Arts Premiers’ showcasing aboriginal, native, traditional and folk art among the colourful collection of kites on display. The event, which attracts around half a million visitors, has an international feel and each year it invites 40 different countries, honouring a different one each time. This year, it’s Canada’s turn.
