Model rescue in icy lake

MALAYSIAN police today named a senior North Korean embassy official whom they want to question over the killing of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un’s estranged half-brother.

Malaysia’s inspector general of police, Khalid Abu Bakar, said authorities were looking for Hyon Kwang Song, the second secretary at the embassy in Kuala Lumpur, and an employee of North Korea’s state airline, Air Kory.

“We hope the Korean embassy will co-operate with us, allow us to interview them and interview them quickly,” he added. “If not, we will compel them to come to us.”

Police also confirmed that the victim, Kim Jong-nam, 46, died after two women wiped a toxin on him at Kuala Lumpur airport last week. North Korea’s embassy in Malaysia angrily denied the claim.

Mr Bakar told reporters the women had been trained in handling poisonous materials. Police have so far arrested four people in connection with the attack, including the two women. One of them says she was tricked into believing she was taking part in a prank for a TV show. A MODEL and his skateboarding friend saved seven children from drowning when they fell through a frozen lake in New York’s Central Park. The group got into trouble as others took selfies. Ethan Turnbull, 24, and Bennett Jonas, 23, dragged them out using a ladder and tourists filmed the drama. Mr Turnbull said: “I had to make a decision to get in the middle of that or watch them drown.”
